The provisions of this document relate to assistance services for the development and animation of a Territorial Climate Energy Plan (PCAET).

The purpose of this framework agreement and of the subsequent contracts which will be concluded on its basis is the carrying out of studies and assistance on behalf of communities that are members of the Gironde Departmental Electrical Energy Union (SDEEG) or for its own account. The content of these services is defined in the Special technical clauses (CCTP) and supplemented by a Special technical clauses (CCTPS) for each subsequent contract.

Depending on the needs of the community, the holders of subsequent contracts may be required to perform only part of the services described in the framework agreement. Each subsequent contract will precisely define the expected content in view of the complexity of each project.
