Statsbygg requests tenders for the following assignments: 

Prosjekt 1148703 - NTNU Campus unification - Project manager Building

Statsbygg needs hiring at NTNU the Campus Unification. The work place is in Trondheim, but travel to Oslo must be expected.

Statsbygg reserves the right to award contracts to several consultants.

The assignment includes the function as the contracting authority's project manager for a construction project in construction stage 1, where a partnering contract has been planned. The tender documentation for the Partnering contract is expected to be prepared and published during autumn 23. The contract is subject to funding from the state budget. The initiation of the partnering phase is scheduled for January early 2024.

The person proposed must have excellent manegerial skills, great commitment and ability to execute.

It is important that the proposed person is familiar with the role of builder's project manager for the builder and has experience from complex projects. The person must also have experience with partnering contracts, and implementation of interaction in cooperation with user, contractor, builder and consultant.

The role involves coordination and close cooperation with NTNU as the future user of the facility. Experience from work with equivalent user-organisation will therefore be favourable.
