To undertake FRAs that are compliant with the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 and Fire Safety (Scotland) Regulations 2006 to premises owned and managed by VHA

The provision of Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) for premises owned and managed in Edinburgh and Fife by Viewpoint Housing Association (VHA) and specialist fire safety advice and consultancy. The contract period is for a 36 month period starting on 1/6/21 and finishing on 31/5/24. There will be the option to extend the contract through two periods of 12 months.
