The purpose of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's need for the delivery of heaters, primarily for use by the Civil Defence and in DSB's international assignments. The framework agrement will be temporarily signed for all of DSB's activities. In addition, the Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation (NDLO) [Forsvarets logistikkorganisasjon (FLO)] and the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (NDMA) [Forsvarsmateriell Landkapasiteter (FMA)] are members of the framework agreement and can make call-offs.
