Description:
Cleaning of the service building

The cleaning of the office building of the German National Library in Frankfurt am Main,

Adickesallee 1, includes the cleaning and care of floors, skirting boards, window sills,

Shelves, furnishings, radiators, doors incl. door frames, stairs incl.

Stair railings and sanitary facilities. The rooms or surfaces to be cleaned

are spread over 9 floors.

The provision of the advertised services is intended to ensure the maintenance of cleanliness, functional properties, appearance and hygiene.

In addition to the satisfaction of the users with regard to the cleaning quality, there is the preservation of value

of the cleaned surfaces at the top. With the advertised services, all services must be provided that support this value preservation in the best possible way.

Cleaning must be carried out in a customary manner in accordance with the following instructions:

- Cleaning of toilets, washrooms and shower rooms
