The Kita Kunterbunt, Max-Adrion-Str. 41-43, 17034 Neubrandenburg (https://www.jul-kita.de/neubrandenburg-kita-kunterbunt/) is located on the outskirts of the residential area Dat-zeberg in Neubrandenburg.

It offers space for 187 children. The status of the operating permit is currently 30/81/66 crèche, kindergarten and after-school children.

There are currently about 150 crèche, kindergarten and after-school children cared for there.

Kita Kunterbunt is an integration facility (SGB IX and XII) and cares for up to 12 disabled children.

The JUL subsidiary NOVIS is the owner of the daycare center. JUL gemeinnützige GmbH is the tenant and operator of the daycare center.

Children will be accommodated in external rooms. The accommodation is not yet contractually secured.

It is therefore not excluded that the kindergarten should also be modernized in the case of partial occupancy, corresponding concepts are to be presented by the architect.
