Explanation: Framework agreement for deliveries of food and non-food 2022-2025 for individual communities that place their own orders autonomously.

The contract is issued by eight facilities for the reception and guidance of persons with a disability (VAPH sector) in the East Flemish Brabant region.

These facilities are part of VZW tRede, a partnership between 14 small / medium and large facilities in the same region (https://www.trede.be/).

Deliveries are made at various locations that fall under these eight facilities. Several communities of a facility may be located at a location or delivery address. A limited clustering of deliveries is therefore possible. An overview of the delivery addresses of the participating facilities, and an indicative number of order points (customer numbers) per delivery address, can be found further in these specifications in Chapter III. Technical provisions.

In view of the specific situation, it is necessary to be able to choose from a (very) wide range and the packaging must be dimensioned according to consumption for a normal to large 'household'. Since it is not evident in this situation to establish a fixed basic basket of products, the offer will have to be made for the fully available range, deemed relevant for this contract, with the provider, including the fully price-sensitive range. A web shop should make this reality transparent for the orderers in a pragmatic manner.

The framework agreement has a term of four years (2022-2025).

The estimated annual turnover is EUR 325,000 excluding VAT.

Service level agreement (SLA): see II.14).

A clear SLA is imposed that must be reported periodically and is structurally discussed on an annual basis. The SLA must be followed at all times.
