The subject of the contract is the delivery of 2 units, brand new ambulances based on a type C van with four-wheel drive and equipment, in accordance with the current standard PN: EN 1789 or equivalent. 2. The Ordering Party requires that the offered vehicles are brand new, not in use, from the year of production 2022 or 2023 with a 24-month full warranty - without mileage limit. Ambulances must have full documentation, on the basis of which the vehicles will be, without performing additional activities of the Ordering Party, registered in the communication department. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the requirements for technical parameters, guarantees, description of the requirements of the contracting authority in the scope of implementation and acceptance of the subject of the contract have been specified: 1) in the Offer Form / Description of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 1a (in the scope of Part I of the order) to the SWZ; 2) in the Draft Agreement, constituting Annex 4a (in the scope of Part I of the order) to the SWZ.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the requirements for technical parameters, guarantees, description of the requirements of the contracting authority in the scope of implementation and acceptance of the subject of the contract have been specified: 1) in the Offer Form / Description of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 1b (in the scope of Part II of the contract) to the SWZ; 2) in the Draft Agreement - Appendix No. 4b (in the scope of Part II of the contract) to the SWZ.
