The contracting authority has several ongoing projects connected to the renovation of existing institutional buildings and the construction of new buildings for institutional purposes. When the buildings are ready for occupation, the operations at selected institutions will be transferred from the original buildings to the renovated buildings/new buildings. On this basis, there will be significant need for relocation services for necessary fixtures and equipment. With a relatively large needs scope it would be appropriate to have functioning framework agreements for relocation services.
