This contract is a public contract for intellectual services relating to the

scheduling, steering and coordination (Opc) mission for the design and

Realization of the operation of Construction of buildings for vehicles, offices and

maneuver for the Paris Fire Brigade on the Valenton site (94460). As part of

of the regroupment of the Paris Fire Brigade (BSPP), the program of the operation carries

on the construction of several BSPP support elements located in Valenton complementing the

various poles under construction on the site of three municipalities namely: Limeil-Brévannes,

Valenton and Villeneuve-Saint-Georges. The program will be developed on a plot of 12220 meters

squares currently housing three buildings, which will be demolished

offices and maneuver for the Paris Fire Brigade on the Valenton site (94460).

The program of the operation consists of different elements for a useful surface estimated at 12000

square meters: - DSI (Information Systems Department) with an estimated useful area of

3,260 square metres; - DMR South (maintenance and repair detachment) with a

estimated useful area of 3637 square meters; - Handover of the GFIS training center

(Emergency Instruction Training Group) with an estimated useful area of 3

986 square meters; - pole maneuver with an estimated useful area of 1,147 square meters
