4.1 The subject of the contract is the modernization of existing street lighting in the Puchaczów Commune and the installation of photovoltaic panels on public utility facilities.
4.2 Description of the investment:
Modernization of street lighting in the Puchaczów Municipality, consisting in replacing the existing lighting fixtures with luminaires in LED technology, will improve road safety as well as allow for the introduction of savings related to the costs of maintaining street lighting. Similarly to the use of photovoltaic panels, aimed at supplying electricity to facilities owned by the Puchaczów Municipality, it will reduce the costs of maintaining municipal buildings using renewable sources of clean energy for this purpose.
4.3.1. Task 1 - modernization of existing street lighting in the Puchaczów Municipality.
The modernization of street lighting includes the replacement of existing lighting fixtures along with booms with LED luminaires while maintaining existing poles.
LED luminaires with powers selected to the existing road geometry and lighting requirements should be used, in accordance with PN-EN 13201:2007 or equivalent. As part of the modernization work, the condition of the existing booms should be checked and, if necessary, replaced with new ones, the same should be done with wiring inside the poles supplying the luminaire. The luminaires and booms used must have CE declarations of conformity, they must comply with European safety standards and directives.
Scope of work :
disassembly 1118 pcs. existing luminaires,
assembly 1118 pcs. LED luminaires,
inspection of existing booms and their partial replacement.
4.3.2. Task 2 - delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations on public utility facilities in the following locations:
a) "Daily House "Senior+" in Bogdanka, Bogdanka 75, 21-013 Puchaczów".
Photovoltaic panels will be mounted on supporting structures on the ground. For the above-mentioned facility, 30 pcs have been designed. photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 0.465 kWp. Total power: 13.95 kWp
b) "School and Preschool Complex in Ostrówek, Ostrówek 154, 21-013 Puchaczów".
Photovoltaic panels will be mounted on supporting structures on the ground. For the above-mentioned facility, 60 pcs have been designed. photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 0.450 kWp. Total power: 27.00 kWp
c) "Kindergarten in Ciechanki, Ciechanki 66, 21-013 Puchaczów".
Photovoltaic panels will be mounted on supporting structures on the ground. For the above-mentioned facility, 60 pcs have been designed. photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 0.450 kWp. Total power: 27.00 kWp
d) "School and Preschool Complex in Nadrybie, Nadrybie Dwór 88, 21-013 Puchaczów".
Photovoltaic panels will be mounted on supporting structures on the ground. For the above-mentioned facility, 72 pcs have been designed. photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 0.475 kWp. Total horse power: 34.20 kWp
e) "Nursery Of Local Government "Bajkolandia" in Wesołówka, Wesołówka 45, 21-013 Puchaczów".

f) "Independent Public Health Care Institution, Municipal Health Center in Puchaczów, 9 Partyzantów Street, 21-013 Puchaczów".

g) "Multifunctional building in Albertów, Albertów 69, 21-013 Puchaczów".

h) "Sewage treatment plant in Puchaczów, Skoczylasa 86A, 21-013 Puchaczów".
Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof of the warehouse and storage building, facility No. 17. Photovoltaic installations should be installed after the reinforcement of the roof structure in accordance with technical expertise. For the above-mentioned facility, 66 pcs have been designed. photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 0.480 kWp. Total power: 31.68 kWp.
i) "Water intake in Jasieniec, plot number 179/6".
