The administration building of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Saarland at Martin-Luther-Strasse 2-4 / corner Egon-Reinert-Strasse in 66111 Saarbrücken is to be renovated.

The building consists of 3 parts. The gross floor area of the building is 19,700.00 m2 and the gross volume is 60,000.00 m3. The administration building was built in 1951. It has been a listed building since 2001. The renovation will take place in one construction phase.

As part of the renovation project of the existing building of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Saarland, carpentry work (fixed installations) must be carried out.
