1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a regular passenger transport service as part of public public transport - division into 2 parts.

The subject of the contract is the provision of regular passenger transport services, as part of public public transport, consisting in the transport of passengers on public transport lines running in the area of the Municipality of Lublin and neighboring municipalities with which the Municipality of Lublin has concluded an agreement, hereinafter referred to as "services".

1. The scope of the contract includes- part I - the provision of regular passenger transport services, as part of public public transport, consisting in the transport of passengers on communication lines in public transport, running in the area of the Municipality of Lublin and neighboring municipalities, with which the Municipality of Lublin has an agreement in the number of no more than 1 400 000 vehicle kilometers (wzkm).

2.Us the services being the subject of the contract, the contractor will be obliged to provide not less than 4 (four) city buses of the maxi class, meeting the conditions set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31.12.2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 122, as amended) and meeting the following parameters – applies to part I:

2.1. all vehicles must meet at least the EURO V emission standard and be manufactured no earlier than 2013;

2.2. all vehicles with a length of 11.50 to 13.50 meters, a low floor along the entire length of the bus or lowered only between the first and second doors and without transverse steps inside the bus, equipped with the so-called "kneeling" and ramps for trolleys;

2.3. number of passenger doors: 3. Door width at least 1200 mm;

2.4. number of passenger seating positions: minimum 25. Total number of passenger seats: minimum 90;

2.5. number of opening windows (tilting or sliding) in the passenger compartment of the bus: at least 5 (this number does not include windows with a width of less than 900 mm or a height of the opening part of the window less than 200 mm);

2.6. a separate space intended for the carriage of a pram or wheelchair situated between the I and II axles, measuring a minimum of 1700 mm x 750 mm, equipped with restraint systems meeting the requirements of Annex 8 to UN/ECE Regulation No 107;

2.7. air conditioning of the passenger compartment;

2.8. varnishing in accordance with the Ordering Party's colors (white, green, red) and applying graphic markings;

2.9. passenger information in the form of electronic displays;

2.10. equipping with a monitoring system;

2.11. equipment with validators;

3. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the provision of transport services by buses built using a body, chassis or frame of its own structure, the brand of which is referred to as "SAM". The definition of the vehicle "SAM" is defined by the Act of 20 June 2007. Road Traffic Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 988, as amended) - applies to parts I and II.

The scope of the contract includes- part II - the provision of regular passenger transport services, as part of public public transport, consisting in the transport of passengers on communication lines in public transport, running in the area of the Municipality of Lublin and neighboring municipalities, with which the Municipality of Lublin has concluded an agreement in the number of not more than 2 100 000 vehicle kilometers (wzkm).

2.Us the services being the subject of the contract, the contractor will be obliged to provide not less than 12 (twelve) mega class city buses, meeting the conditions set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31.12.2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 122) and meeting the following parameters - applies to part II:

2.1. all vehicles must meet at least the EURO V emission standard and be manufactured no earlier than 2013;

2.2. all vehicles with a length of 17.50 to 18.75 meters, a low floor along the entire length of the bus, without transverse steps inside the vehicle and without steps in all bus doors, equipped with the so-called "kneeling" and ramps for trolleys.

2.3. number of passenger doors: 4. Minimum door width 1200 mm;

2.4. number of passenger seats: minimum 38. Total number of passenger seats: minimum 135.

2.5. number of opening windows (hinged or sliding) in the passenger compartment of the bus: at least 7 (this number does not include windows with a width of less than 900 mm or the height of the opening part of the window less than 200 mm);

2.6. a separate space intended for the carriage of a pram or wheelchair situated between the I and II axles, measuring a minimum of 1700 mm x 750 mm, equipped with restraint systems meeting the requirements of Annex 8 to UN/ECE Regulation No 107;
