The subject of the contract is the supply of road salt with an anti-caking agent in the amount of 2,600 tons for winter maintenance of county roads in the Cieszyn County in the winter season 2022/2023.

2. Delivery is planned for the storage yards indicated by the Ordering Party:

- Storage Square No. 1 – 16 Kościelna Street in Cieszyn,

- storage square No. 2 – in the Skoczów Municipality,

- storage yard No. 3 – in the Goleszów Municipality,

- Storage yard No. 4 – in the municipality of Istebna,

- storage square No. 5 – in the municipality of Skoczów,

- storage yard No. 6 – in the municipality of Brenna,

other squares indicated by the Ordering Party and located within 40 km from the warehouse square at 16 Kościelna Street in Cieszyn.

3. Road salt shall meet the following technical requirements:

- NaCI content min. 90 %,

- anti-caking agent content min. 20 mg/kg,

- H2O content max. 3%,

- the content of water-insoluble parts max. 8%,

- supergrains over 6 mm max. 10%,

- subdivision less than 1 mm max. 60 %.
