UKSBS Shared Business Services Ltd as the Contracting Authority agency on behalf of the Department of Innovation and Skills (BIS) is putting in place a single supplier contract Agreement for the provision of an organising the effective management of the Department of Business Innovation and Skills (BIS) matrix Standard.

The purpose of the (BIS) matrix Standard is the unique quality Standard for the effective delivery of information, advice and/or guidance on learning and work. It promotes the delivery of high quality information, advice and/or guidance by ensuring organisations review, evaluate and continuously develop their service; encourage the take up of professionally recognised qualifications and the continuous professional development of their staff.
