The purpose of this contract file is the implementation of a Predictive Model of Dependency Care system of the Social Services and Dependency Agency of Andalusia. This model seeks to establish a system of massive data collection and management that allows the establishment of indicators to identify the potentially dependent population, and thus develop a predictive model on the georeferenced demand for the resources of the dependency care system that the Andalusian population will have.

Lot 1. Technical Office of Projects and Data Governance.

Lot 2. Predictive Model System for Dependency Care.

The purpose of this lot is the contracting of the Services of a Technical Project Office that, through the provision of the necessary resources, supports the management of the project "Predictive Model of Dependency Care", carrying out the necessary tasks for the coordination and supervision of the works to be carried out. This lot will also be the subject of a proposal for the definition, which lays the foundations, of the future Data Governance Office in the Agency, which should finally be the guarantor body of the transition and the subsequent management and operation of the system.

The purpose of this lot is to contract the necessary services for the design, development and implementation of use cases on a cloud platform of a predictive model system for long-term care that, through the use of the Agency's different information repositories and other internal and external sources of data, Identify patterns to support strategic decision-making.
