1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the buildings of the Małopolska Voivodship Office in Kraków, Tarnów and Nowy Sącz in the following quantities:

C – 1950 000 kWh

G – 1 000 kWh

R – 3 000 kWh.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for the execution of the contract are specified in Annex 2 to swz – the draft provisions of the contract. The list of points of electricity consumption is annexed to 1 to swz – description of the subject of the contract.

Tariff type C -260 000 kWh

The amount intended to finance the order in PLN (gross): PLN 135,358.65.

The amount intended to finance the contract with the right of option 30% in PLN (gross): PLN 175,966.25

supply of electricity to the buildings of the Małopolska Voivodship Office in Nowy Sącz in the following quantities:

Tariff type C -215 000 kWh

The amount intended to finance the order in PLN (gross): PLN 112,673.40.

The amount intended to finance the contract with the option right 30% in PLN (gross): PLN 146,475.41
