Oslo Municipality, c/o the Agency for Climate, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for maintenance and development of the case management system KEFSYS.

The Agency for Climate uses the case management system KEFSYS for handling applications to the Climate and Energy Fund. The KEFSYS system requires continual maintenance for functioning as intended. This type of maintenance includes e.g. tasks such as editing cases in the database and small adjustment for functionality. We want to ensure the administration and development of the current system in such a way that it can be used appropriate in the future.
