ZBC wishes to conclude an agreement on comprehensive advisory services on a construction project -"Renovation of Building B” - including planning, projecting, tendering/tendering, construction management, subject supervision, etc. in connection with the relocation of ZBC's SOSU teaching part from the Selandia Park 6-8, 4100 address Ringsted to Ahorn Allé 3-5, 4100 Ringsted. The renovation also includes the technical training part of the address Ahorn Allé 3-5, 4100 Ringsted. The construction and construction project takes place on the whole at the latter address.

The task includes comprehensive advice and assistance in the procurement material. The comprehensive advice offered shall include services as described in the tendering material, including:

The economic framework for the construction project is approximately DKK 35,200,000.00 excluding VAT, but including construction expenditure, costs, consultancy, internal management and contingent expenses. The contract for total consultancy under this negotiated tender is hereafter estimated at approximately 10% of the total construction project of DKK 32,000,000,00, which is hereafter a contract sum of approximately DKK 3,200,000,00 excluding VAT.
