In the course of the general renovation and expansion of the primary and secondary school Wolfratshausen on Hammerschmiedweg, the city of Wolfratshausen intends to award the technical outdoor facilities trade in the first construction phase, which includes the following services:

· Creation of buried sewage pipes and shafts

· Connection to the public sewerage system

· Installation of infiltration trenches

· Installation of sedimentation plants

· Connection of rainwater pipes

· Earthworks such as excavation, bedding, backfilling and compaction

· Cleaning and inspection of ground pipes

· Installation of buried heating pipes

· Leak testing of the pipe network

· Exchange with other trades for interface coordination

· Joint commissioning of the main components and the entire system

· Acceptance and documentation of the work

The primary and secondary school in Wolfratshausen has to be expanded due to the increasing number of pupils forecast for the next few years. However, since further buildable areas are only conditionally available on the property, a large part of the existing buildings are to be demolished in order to enable densification. The existing buildings to be maintained will be renovated and restructured.

Since the conversion and extension of the primary and secondary school in Wolfratshausen is taking place during ongoing operations, it is necessary to implement the construction measures in three successive construction phases (BA). The services of the bathing facilities are carried out in BA1, which includes the new building component BT3 (access hall) and the new building component BT6 (primary school).

Sewage systems

Dirty water:

Dirty water is fed into the public sewer via a new connecting pipe to be built. Since this leads through the construction site, it is laid in advance and the connection points are already prepared. The pipes are made with PP pipe. In areas under groundwater, buoyancy safety is achieved by a lean concrete fill. The interface on the wall of the house is described in KG 410.

Rain drainage:

The rainwater is led from the downpipes (according to the defined interface to the building construction) via pipelines to the trenches and seeps away there. Underground pipes outside the building in PP pipe. In areas where a minimum overlap is not maintained, a trace heating system is also installed. Rainwater from traffic areas is discharged into the trenches via sedimentation.

The outdoor facilities are drained independently. Only individual courtyard areas are to be connected. To do this, the cable must first be placed at the connection point, closed and marked. Subsequently, the outdoor facilities trade connects to it.

Heating systems

The external heat pumps are connected via underground pre-insulated pipes. Interfaces are the GOK, as well as the introduction to the building introduction provided by the heating trade.
