The subject of the Order is: Execution of design documentation for the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of the gas network in msc. Tuchom Short Street, UP/00447050

Material scope:

• gas pipeline ś/c dn63PE RC, L= ok.49,0 [m]

• connectors ś/c dn32PE RC, L= ok.12,0 [m] (3m each), 4pcs.

• gas cabinet, 4pcs

Based on the conditions of connection to the gas network, as set out in Annex 2 to the contract.

1) the execution of the construction project, the executive and the object of the works for the task of the following: 'Execution of the project documentation for the construction of the construction of the gas network in msc. Tuchom ul. Short Street, UP/00447050", based on the conditions of connection in Annex 2 to the Agreement.

2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining on behalf of and for the Employer, from the competent authority, the final building permit decision;

3) execution of the investor's cost estimate;

4) exercising author's supervision.
