The purchase is divided in two phases, and this tendering considers the first phase. In the first phase, production of high-purity CO2 is not required, but the capture rate should be suitable for the second phase. In the second phase, the device from the first phase is improved to produce high-purity CO2 (over 95%) by adding components that are required, such as vacuum pump.
