1.The object of the order is delivery of 1 piece of polar aerosol nephelometer with gas calibration system. The subject of the order consists of:

1.1. delivery of 1 piece of nephelometer together with software to operate the device;

1.2. delivery of 1 set for gas calibration system

2.A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is included in the Description of the subject matter of the order, which is Annex 1 to SWZ.

3. Other requirements related to the execution of the contract are set out in the Designed provisions of the Agreement, which will be entered into the contents of the contract on public procurement, which is Annex 3 to the SWZ

The subject of the order is delivery of 1 piece of polar aerosol nephelometer with gas calibration system. The subject of the order consists of:

1) delivery of 1 piece of polar nephelometer along with device support software

2) delivery of 1 set for gas calibration system.

The order will be implemented under the project NCN, OPUS-21, “Spatial representativeness of aerosol profiles, holistic multi-instrument approach”, No 2021/41/B/ST10/03660.

The device that is the subject of the order will be used at ACTRIS stations, among other things.

Devices falling within the scope of delivery must be factory new, unused, free from any physical and legal defects and third-party claims, produced no earlier than 2021. The Contractor will deliver 1 piece of nephelometer with software to operate the device and 1 set of gas calibration system to the Ordering Party's office at Ksiecia Jansza Street 64, 01-452 Warsaw. The software should be provided with the relevant, original attributes of legality. The Contractor shall provide the Contractor with an indefinite license for the installed software, in Polish or English language, and forward documents confirming its granting. The cost of transporting the device to the place of delivery will remain on the Contractor side

Requirements for the kit:

1) simultaneous measurement of the scattering coefficient in three wavelengths;

2) the ability to measure continuously;

3) scattering measurement in an angular interval of at least 10°-170°;

4) possibility of sectoral measurements for selected backscattering angle intervals:

a) in the range 10°-90°

b) Sector width up to 5° - at least 16 sectors

c) angular resolution not less than 1°

5) Adjustable flow in the range of 1-5 l/minute

6) LED type light source

7) range of measured values covering at least 2.5×10-4 - 20 km-1

8) possibility of autocalibration

(a) gas calibration; the kit contains all the elements necessary for the autocalibration of gas; gas will be provided by the Ordering Party

b) dark measurement (dark measurement)

c) zero measurement (zero measurement), the ability to use the HEPA filter without affecting the flow speeds in the instrument

9) ability to read raw, untreated data

a) analog outputs, both voltage and voltage

10) stored data must contain

a) scattering coefficients for three wavelengths in different angular sectors

b) date and time

c) air temperature for sample

d) temperature inside the unit housing

e) air humidity for the sample

f) air pressure for sample

g) sample air flow

Warranty:

The Contractor shall provide at least 12 months warranty per measurement set from the date of signing of the protocol for receipt of the subject of the order.

Warranty terms:

- All costs associated with the execution of the guarantee shall be borne by the Contractor (driving, transport, labor and spare parts);

- Warranty repair (service) at the place of installation of the measuring kit;

- The actual date of warranty repair the Contractor certifies in the warranty card;

- The warranty does not cover damage to the kit resulting from use not consistent with the manufacturer's recommendations;

- The Contractor will ensure the implementation of warranty benefits by the warranty service authorized by the manufacturer;

- Restoration of full technical efficiency of the kit must take place within 60 days at the latest from the time of documented notification of defect/failure (by email).

- During the warranty period, full free service service, as recommended by the manufacturer, with free use of the Contractor's spare parts.

- The Contractor grants warrants per measurement set for a period equal to the period of the warranty granted for the measuring set

Together with the item from the order, the Contractor must provide full technical documentation, operating instructions and warranty cards of the items of the order.
