Open procedure for the assignment of the service of management of violations of the highway code and other laws or regulations under the competence of the local police and rental of fixed apparatus of assessment at the speed limit.

The contract shall cover the following services:

• management of reports of violation of the infractions referred to in the Highway Code and other administrative sanctions, printing and mailing of acts resulting from the activities of the Local Police. The service includes the supply, under license of use, for an unlimited number of users, of the software necessary for the entire management of the minutes;

• rental of No. 1 fixed device approved / authorized for the detection of violations referred to in Article 142 CDS (speed limit assessment), including all ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions, any technical checks necessary for the operation as well as installation and maintenance of the system, according to the indications of the Local Police. Location of installation/rental S.S. 33 del Sempione at Km. 66+057 in both directions.
