The consultation relates to the subscription of various contracts for the benefit of the Community of communes Between Bièvre and Rhône:

- damage to property and related risks,

- liability and related risks,

- car fleet and related risks,

- legal protection of the agents and elected representatives of the imposed variants are defined in the act of engagement and in the special conditions of the lots concerned.

Applicants must offer an offer corresponding to the basic offer and the imposed variants. Free variants are not allowed. The contract is concluded for a period of 4 years. Start of execution of the contract on 1.1.2020 and end on 31.12.2024.
