The subject of this framework agreement is the purchase or, alternatively, the temporary provision of malware protection software for the following services listed in the contract:

- Delivery of standard software for malware protection

- together with the provision of the associated licenses,

- the provision of maintenance services (provision of new program versions, troubleshooting, hotline),

- as well as other optional services according to requirements from the individual request form.
