The city of Munich has an extensive data and telecommunications system network in use. A wide variety of work (e.B assembly, dismantling, shunting and switching work, removals and subsequent installations) must be carried out regularly on the communication systems. The client's goal is to ensure that the maintenance work in the urban data and telecommunications system areas continues to be carried out quickly, reliably and of high quality.
For this purpose, a framework agreement for a period of 48 months from the award of the contract, but at the earliest on 01.01.2023, is to be concluded with an economic operator.
The specific assignment takes place exclusively by individual commissioning (call-off) by the client.
During the entire term of the contract, the client expects services in the amount of € 2,207,338.00 net (estimated value), which are expected to be divided linearly annually.
The contractual relationship is reduced to a maximum amount of € 2,521,000.00 net plus VAT. (maximum value) and is therefore limited not only to the term, but also to the maximum value.

Assembly and commissioning of PBXs, telecommunications terminals, network devices, removals, patching, manoeuvring
- Dismantling and disposal:
From telephone terminals, network devices, fiber optic and CU patch panels, fiber optic and CU cables
- Cabinet accessories and FM small distributors:
Delivery and installation of FM distributors incl. strips, 19" material
- Copper cabling:
Supply and installation of CU cabling, delivery and installation of category 3 and category 6A data sockets
- Fiber optic cabling:
Delivery and installation of fiber optic cabling (single mode and multimode), fiber optic pigtails
- Documentation and measurements
Documentation in existing lists, OTDR measurements, channel measurements class EA and class C
