St Georges Healthcare NHS Trust is the lead organisation in a collaborative procurement exercise for the provision of a Patient Administration System (PAS), Electronic Patient Record (EPR) System, and associated Services. The collaboration exercise shall consist of the following Trusts:

— Barts and the London NHS Trust;

— Croydon Healthcare NHS Trust;

— Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust;

— Kingston Healthcare NHS Trust;

— Newham University Hospital NHS Trust;

— Royal Free Hampstead NHS Trust;

— South London Healthcare NHS Trust;

— St Georges Healthcare NHS Trust;

— Whipps Cross University Hospital NHS Trust.

Potential bidders should note that Barts and the London NHS Trust, Newham University Hospital NHS Trust, and Whipps Cross University Hospital NHS Trust are in advanced discussion in relation to a merger and may become a single entity during the Procurement process.
