Construction of the extension of Lubelskiego Lipca '80 Street in Lublin – section DW 835:

1. Task II - construction of the extension of Lubelskiego Lipca 80' Street in Lublin on the section from the intersection with Diamentowa and Krochmalna Streets to the intersection with Cukrownicza (...)

2. Zadanie III:

2.1. Construction of a section of the water supply network Ø 125 mm with branches between the intersection of Dzierżawna/Włościańska streets in Lublin and the last access road to Dzierżawna street;

2.2. Switching of existing networks and water supply connections to the newly built section of the network Ø 125 mm;

2.3. Construction of a section of the sanitary sewerage network with branches in the following streets: Ciepla and Dzierżawna with the inclusion of the designed network into the existing sanitary sewerage.

1. The scope of the contract shall include the execution of works in accordance with the approved design documentation, detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, the principles of technical knowledge and the art of construction and the principles and conditions of health and safety after the works have been delineated by an authorized surveyor, and in particular:

1.1. Task II - construction of the extension of Lubelskiego Lipca 80' Street in Lublin on the section from the intersection with Diamentowa and Krochmalna Streets to the intersection with Cukrownicza Street, reconstruction of Włościańska Street from the intersection with Lubelskiego Lipca '80 Street to Krochmalna Street together with the intersection, reconstruction of Ciepla Street and intersections of adjacent streets, construction of a temporary connection of Przeskok Street with the exit from the new intersection of Lubelskiego Lipca '80 Street and Włościańska Street (to provide transport services residential buildings of the "Za Cukrownia" district) with drainage and lighting;

1. 2. Zadanie III:

1.2.1. Construction of a section of the water supply network Ø 125 mm with branches between the intersection of Dzierżawna / Włościańska streets in Lublin and the last access road to Dzierżawna street;

1.2.2. Switching of existing networks and water supply connections to the newly built section of the network Ø 125 mm;

1.2.3. Construction of a section of the sanitary sewerage network with branches in the following streets: Ciepla and Dzierżawna with the inclusion of the designed network into the existing sanitary sewerage.

2. This investment is intended for co-financing from the Government Fund Polish Ład: Strategic Investment Program, hereinafter referred to as the "Program", in accordance with the preliminary promise No. Edition2/2021/2403/PolskiLad regarding the implementation by the Municipality of Lublin of the Investment: Construction of the extension of Lubelskiego Lipca '80 Street in Lublin – section DW 835. The co-financing covers the scope of the contract for which the Municipality of Lublin is responsible, listed in point 1.1. – Task II.

3. The detailed scope of works shall be specified in the design documentation and the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of the works.
