1. The subject of the contract is a service in the field of transport:

a) specialist patients (called transport "S")

b) sanitary (called transport "P")

(c) blood, blood components and blood products, blood samples for urgent consultation tests and the results of such tests

d) ECMO - Extra Corporeal Membrane Oxygenation

e) sanitary, performed by a rescue team consisting of two persons authorized to perform medical rescue activities in the event of Sudden Cardiac Arrest, performed with a class C vehicle in accordance with the PN-EN 1789 standard for SPSK 1 at the following locations: Głuska 1, Radziwiłłowska 13, Chmielna 1 and POZ at Langiewicza 6.
