This is a framework agreement setting out all contractual stipulations and executed as and when issuing purchase orders (L. 2125-1º). The framework agreement is concluded without minimum or maximum. The framework agreement has a multi-attribute "cascade" order form for each of the lots. Each of the lots is concluded with maximum 5 providers.

Lot 1: telephone interpreting for all FTDA establishments.

Lot 2: Translation of documents by sworn translator and / or translation of simple documents without required swearing.

Lot 3: Simultaneous interpretation on site Île-de-France region.

Lot 4 simultaneous interpretation on site outside Île-de-France region.
