The assignment "Maintenance Green and Water Berkel en Rodenrijs" mainly consists of the execution of the cyclical maintenance of the greenery, play surfaces, pavement, water and banks of which the municipality of Lansingerland is responsible for the maintenance.

Indicatively and in outline, the following quantities give some insight into the size of the plot to be maintained. Within the core Berkel and Rodenrijs are present: approx. 8,500 st. trees, approx. 160,000 m2 of park, approx. 445,000 m2 of grass intensive, approx. 280,000 m2 of extensive grass, approx. 18,000 m1 of waterway, approx. 135,000 m2 of water,

approx. 304 pcs. playground equipment, approx. 10,400 m2 of play surfaces, approx. 215,000 m2 of closed pavement, approx. 930,000 m2 of elements pavement and approx. 4,000 m2 of semi-pavement.
