Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited and non-inhabited property and organising the Stationary Selective Selective Collection of Municipal Waste in Gorlice and providing services for the reception of waste at this point and its development.

The object of the order is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited and non-inhabited properties located in the territory of the City of Gorlice, collected by them in accordance with the provisions of the regulations of maintenance of cleanliness and order in the territory of the City of Gorlice Gorlice and the organisation of the Stationary Selective Pot of Municipal Waste Collections in Gorlice (hereinafter referred to as “PSZOK”) and the provision of waste reception services and their development. A detailed description of the item of the order is defined by the Specification of the Order Terms (SWZ).

1.1.Services for the reception and reception of municipal waste and its development will be provided for owners of inhabited and non-inhabited property from the town of Gorlice - in accordance with the Resolution of the Gorlice City Council on the detailed manner and scope of the provision of services in the scope of receiving municipal waste from property owners from the town of Gorlice and the development of this waste, in exchange for a fee paid by the owners of the property for the management of municipal waste.

1.2. The scope of the contract shall include: 1) the collection of mixed (non-segregated) municipal waste code 20 03 01 accumulated in containers, containers or bags in single-family and multi-family buildings and in work establishments, commercial posts and service points, schools, institutions and in the territory of other entities, as well as in streets, squares, in the area of city parks, cemeteries, playgrounds, etc. 2) collection of selectively collected, the following types of waste: (a) paper waste including cardboard, packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from cardboard (code 20 01 01 01, 15 01 01 01), (b) glass waste, including glass packaging waste (code 20 01 02, 15 01 07), (c) metal waste, including packaging waste from metals, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and packaging waste i multinerial (codes 20 01 39, 15 01 02, 15 01 05, 15 01 04, 20 01 40) collectively collected (in containers and bags intended for the collection of plastics), (d) biowaste constituting municipal waste (codes 20 01 08, 20 02 01). 3) The waste listed in section 2 shall be collected in multi-family construction in designated containers, intended for the segregation of waste spread over the city (103 sets of 3 pcs for raw material waste) and 37 containers of 120 litres for biowaste, collected in bags or containers by property owners on single-family premises and collected in bags or containers in work establishments, commercial posts and service outlets, schools, institutions and other entities, as well as streets, squares, in the area of city parks, cemeteries, playgrounds, etc. 4) the development of received and accepted in the PSZOK municipal waste in a manner that takes into account the conditions set out in SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the requirements for the Contractor shall be determined by Annex 1 to SWZ - Description of the object of the order (OPZ).
