The subject of the call for tenders is to commission a service provider who will provide software suitable for exam processing and the technical infrastructure and hardware required for the secure examination environment for the ag's examination of the rechtspflegerprüfung of the AG (for the trainee lawyers of the federal states of Baden-Württemberg (BW), Rhineland-Palatinate (RP) and Saarland (SL)) in the years 2024 to 2028, as well as support before and during the examination and if necessary, in the correction phase including any (partly optional) upstream exercise possibilities.

Expected number of exam participants:

In 2024: expected 230 to 270 candidates,

in 2025: expected 270 to 310 candidates.

in 2026: expected to be 190 to 300 candidates.

in 2027: expected 180 to 300 candidates.

in 2028: expected 180 to 300 candidates.

The order volume envisaged for this tender will be described as precisely as possible. However, the demand is not binding and conclusively determined, especially with regard to the number of candidates that cannot yet be reliably predicted at the present time and other programming and support services that may be required according to any new requirements of the Client, and thus only reflects an estimated order quantity. It can therefore not be ruled out that individual services may be called up in a different order of magnitude and/or a different period of time.
