The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery and assembly of a new mobile bag ripper to the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant RUDNO Sp. z o. o., address: Rudno 17, 14-100 Ostróda. The bag ripper will be the first element of the sorting line. The main task will be to tear bags from separate collection, delay and crush lighter bulky waste (e.g. small furniture, wooden pallets, plastic packaging) and transfer their contents to a duct conveyor belt. The efficiency of opening the bags must be at least 90%. The ripper will be placed above the channel conveyor in a way that allows the machine to be moved (no permanent attachment to the ground) to different places of the sorting hall Detailed technical data is included in Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority informs in accordance with Article 84(4) of the PPL Act that it has conducted preliminary market consultations. The Ordering Party informs that the submission of the offer must be preceded by a mandatory on-site inspection.

Additional requirements:

• Device controlled by a control cabinet with touch panel

• Equipped with a system with touch screen control

• Equipped with emergency stop circuit

• For maintenance purposes, the possibility of opening the rear part of the machine hydraulically

• Equipped with an automatic system for adjusting the machine's operating parameters to the size and degree of filling of the bags

• Equipped with a drum wrap protection system

• The bag ripper (mobile) must be compatible with the sorting line control system.

• Must be protected against corrosion

• Start signal to be switched on from conveyor 001. In addition, on the side of the conveyor 002, the device should be equipped with an emergency stop for the ripper, and an on/off button.

• The Contractor is obliged to comprehensively assemble the delivered machine together with

with connection to the power and control system and the installation of the hopper

and the necessary constructions.

• After completion of the assembly, the machine is to undergo a control start-up, and the Contractor on the same day will conduct training in operation and maintenance for a minimum of 4 employees.

• Warranty for the device minimum 36 months. During the period covered by the warranty, the Contractor will perform free service inspections.

• Deadline for delivery of the device to the Ordering Party up to a maximum of 6 months from the date of signing the contract

• Offer validity: 90 days

• Payment: after delivery of the device on the basis of the acceptance protocol (without comments). Payment deadline 14 days on the basis of a correctly issued / delivered VAT invoice.

• The Contractor shall notify the Ordering Party at least 3 days before the planned delivery of the mobile bag ripper

• On-site inspection required (in the waste sorting plant hall in Rudno) before submitting offers
