The subject of the contract is a service consisting in collecting municipal waste from owners of inhabited, uninhabited and mixed real estate from the area of Sector No. III including the municipalities: Nowe Miasto Lubawskie, Iława, Gmina Kurzętnik, Lubawa, Miasto Nowe Miasto Lubawskie. By providing the service, the Contractor shall successively, continuously collect municipal waste from owners of inhabited, uninhabited and mixed properties from containers or bags for municipal waste, with the capacity and colours specified in the applicable Regulations, with the frequency and in the manner resulting from the OPZ, the Regulations and the Detailed Resolution, transport the collected waste and transfer it to the Installation and provide other services described in the Agreement and OPZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as: OPZ) is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the Agreement - Annex No. 12 to the SWZ.

V. General description of the subject of the contract.

1. The public contract concerns the collection of municipal waste from property owners

inhabited, uninhabited and mixed. By providing the service, the Contractor will successively,

continuously collected municipal waste from owners of residential properties,

uninhabited and mixed from containers or bags for municipal waste, of capacity and colours

specified in the OPZ, the applicable Regulations, with the frequency and in the manner resulting from the OPZ, the Regulations

and the Detailed Resolution, transported the collected waste and transferred it to the Installation and provided services

other services described in the Agreement and OPZ.
