The municipality of Weßling intends to build a new primary school building for all of its 3 districts using wood.

The main building comprises a slope floor / basement, the ground floor and an upper floor (= top floor).

The following services are essentially awarded with this Vergabelo: Landscape gardening work.

The footpath and bike path is asphalted, as is the access road to the parking lots. The parking spaces are manufactured as water-bound ceilings, bordered with granite large stone tiles, some of which are stored on site, and granite shelves as high and low sides.

The bus lane will be covered with cast-in-situ concrete.

The courtyard area is occupied by terraces and paths made of large-format slabs as well as a square area as a water-bound ceiling.

Stairs lead from the public areas onto the school property.

Surface drainage of the paving areas is ensured by gutters and road drains, which are connected to the basic lines available on site.

A drainage trench including the necessary supply lines will be rebuilt in the car park.

Equipment: benches, waste bins and bicycle parking. Play area: climbing structure and tampe swing.

Includes planting of large trees, grasses, perennials, flowering and fruit shrubs as well as autumthonous meadow sowing.
