PART 1 - PROJECTION SYSTEM

The subject of the contract is the delivery, assembly and commissioning of the planetarium projection system consisting of projectors, image generators and astronomical software as well as components of the control station at the headquarters of the Ordering Party, i.e. the Olsztyn Planetarium and the Astronomical Observatory. All components of the projection system must be brand new, unused. The price of the offer must include transport of the entire system to the place of installation, i.e. the Planetarium in Olsztyn, its installation and full commissioning as well as all necessary components. All documents and manuals for operation, service and installation will be in Polish or English. If the contract description lacks a component essential for launching the entire projection system, it is the Tenderer's responsibility to indicate this element to the Contracting Authority and add it to the offer. The supplied system must be connected to systems and installations functioning in the planetarium, such as a sound system (multi-channel 5.1 soundtracks and foreign language tracks). A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Contract.

PART 2 - SPACE MATTER CABINET - DEDICATED EXHIBITION SYSTEM

The subject of the contract is the design, execution, delivery to the headquarters of the Ordering Party, i.e. the Astronomical Observatory and the installation of: a dedicated exhibition system consisting of three showcases, equipped with touch screens with multimedia applications for the presentation of the meteorite collection of the Olsztyn Planetarium and Astronomical Observatory and conducting instructions (min. 3 hours) on how to use the above-mentioned application. The above-mentioned showcases should be designed and arranged in a way that allows the creation of the Cabinet of Cosmic Matter exhibition on the second floor of the Astronomical Observatory. The solar system formed from a cloud of gas and dust. The cloud material was concentrated to form the Sun and its orbiting planets, as well as a number of smaller bodies such as asteroids and comets. Observing the planets, we see that closer to the Sun there are rocky planets and further gaseous planets separated by a belt of small rocky objects. Large rocky planets as well as larger asteroids have differentiated into iron core, mantle and crust. In smaller bodies, the primal, untransformed matter from which the solar system was formed remained. It is possible to study this matter, because it reaches the Earth in the form of meteorites, the composition of which varies depending on the objects from which they come. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 3.2 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Contract.
