1. The subject matter of the contract shall be the granting and servicing of a long-term loan to finance the planned budget deficit and the repayment of loans previously contracted.

2. The loan amount is PLN 2,500,000.00 (in words: two million five hundred thousand Polish zlotys)

3. Loan period: from the date of signing the loan agreement until 31.12.2032.

4. Grace period for repayment of loan principal installments until 31.12.2026
