The technical works Linköping Nät AB intends to procur an IT solution for control of electric measurement systems Category 2-5.
Current state
The Measurement Technology business unit Measurement Technology business unit today consists of five meter technologies. The business unit is accredited by SWEDAC under the EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012 standard for control of electricity measurement systems. Today it carries out about 2000 checks and recurrent checks on electric measurement systems Category 2-5 per year according to its own incorporated methodology. Today, the largest error of the plant is calculated with a separate calculation program. The method and method of work require, at present, a lot of hand imposition and manual work.
The accreditation ensures that measurement equipment, methodologies and measurements maintain high quality traceability to national national measurement and that checks are carried out by experienced personnel with the right skills.
B today has about 15 contracted staff of other network companies that perform control and recurring control under the B accredited method. Even this staff will be the utility of the System.
IT environment today has an IT environment consisting of both standard solutions and proprietary solutions primarily managed and operated centrally by the Group Joint IT department. However, some services are purchased externally, such as cloud services and some development services.
A project is under way right now to replace the own Billing system to ProBill (from Props). B intends to integrate The System against ProBill.
B today makes use of the integration platform, Inobiz, which is singled out as a strategically important component.
Purpose and goal
The purpose of the procurement is to develop a digital solution based on B accredited methodology and to be used in fields. The aim is also to cost-effectively streamline the mode of work, minimise hand imposition and improve the working environment for staff.
The aim is to sign contracts with a long-term collaborator who knows the B type of activity in order to make the implementation of the system as effective as possible and that cooperation works as well as possible during the contract period. B also seeks a collaborator who supports development of B deal taking into account changes in laws, regulations and other regulations.

B aims to develop the business unit with more contracted staff and more controls per year. However, B cannot guarantee an increased annual volume.
During the term of the contract, changes may occur based on group decisions, changes in activity and more that may affect the need and volume.
