The city of Staßfurt intends to award planning services for the conversion and the energy-efficient renovation of the multi-purpose building in the north school center.

The subject of the construction task described here should be service phases 5 to 8 of building planning in accordance with Section 34 HOAI and the building physics system 1, service profile 1.2.2.

Work phases 1 to 3 of building planning in accordance with Section 34 HOAI and work phases 1 to 3 of fire protection planning have already been completed and are not part of the construction project advertised here. A building application does not have to be submitted.

A ZBau document including notification of the grant is available for the measure. This document forms the basis for further planning and is part of the tender documents. The measure is funded through the STARK III-EFRE plus guideline.
