VER is acquiring a fully outsourced Credit Analysis Service that shall be provided on a Software as a Service (“SaaS”) basis, i.e. hosted by Service Provider and provided to VER through the internet. Service Provider’s platform shall be hosted online and accessible through common web browsers. The platform shall include a credit analysis database which shall include at minimum credit analysis reports of the following nature: Sovereign Credit Analysis Reports, Corporate Credit Analysis Reports, Banking Credit Analysis Reports. Sovereign Credit Analysis Reports shall cover sovereigns, Corporate Credit Analysis Reports shall cover companies and other legal entities and Banking Credit Analysis Reports shall cover banking entities.

There shall be no restrictions as to which reports each individual user using credentials granted to VER may view and download from the database. The information presented in each type of report shall be downloadable in either .pdf format or Microsoft Excel format (.xlsx). VER requires that each type of report has a minimum amount of information that is described in Attachment 1 to this Call for Tenders. Additionally, the service shall include provision of investor services which include e.g. provision of certain types of research and data reports.
