The objective of this tender is to establish a framework contract for the supply, installation and technical assistance of specific sensors, instruments and software to accurately and reliably measure the performance parameters during a test, either in the laboratory or on the road.

In order to perform accurate tests and to reliably measure advanced vehicle energy efficiency and pollutant emission levels under different conditions, several hardware systems and customised software are needed. The contract foresees mainly the supply, installation of the system components (both hardware and software), tests and other related services.
