2.1 The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance, repair and overhaul services for lifting equipment at the University Hospital No. 1 buildings in Bydgoszcz, performance of the service of carrying out a lifetime of lifts at the University Hospital buildings No. 1 and replacement of the crane No. 4 in the skyscraper of the University Hospital No. 1 in Bydgoszcz, detailed in Annex 2a and 2b to this specification of essential terms of the contract, hereinafter referred to as SIWZ.

2.2 The subject of the contract consists of 2 indivisible lots.

The offer in each part should be full (include all items listed within a given part) and should meet the detailed requirements set out in the price forms (Annex 2a), in the requirements forms (Annex 2b) as well as the requirements contained in point 3 of this specification essential terms of the contract.

Provision of maintenance, repair and overhaul services for lifting equipment at SU No. 1 facilities in Bydgoszcz, performance of the service of carrying out lifts of lifts at SU No. 1- facilities, the detailed scope of requirements is specified in Annex 2 b to the ToR
