As part of the ongoing need to upgrade existing health facilities, Horsens Hospital Unit (HEH) has decided to redevelop one of Horsens' main buildings - Højhuset. The redevelopment requires a complete upgrade of the building to comply with the latest environmental and safety regulations, including the upgrading of most service areas from level 2 to roof level, layout changes, removal of contaminated material and upgrading of architectural elements.

The redevelopment is based on a renovation and upgrading of the physical environment for patients and staff, including an improvement of the technical installations, clinical functions, energy improvements of climate screens and installations. The renovation, which is divided into 3 stages, includes level 2 through roof level.

Due to the lack of bed capacity, the total remodeling will be carried out in various stages. This tender includes large-scale contracting. environmental remediation and demolition.

Remodeling of the HEH high-rise building is carried out in 3 stages, cf. more detailed description of the task in the construction case description.

The project basically includes the following works:

- Environmental remediation, demolition and dismantling of covered building parts and fixtures incl. natural companions.

The work is to be carried out in three stages, with the hospital between the stages commissioning the newly renovated floors and clearing the floors to be renovated in the next stage.

In this tender, the developer wants to obtain offers for environmental remediation and demolition of the HEH-High House in large-scale contract containing environmental remediation and demolition work in Phase 1 as well as for Stage 2 (Option 1) and Stage 3 (Option 2).

The tasks covered by the options have the nature of contract options that the Central Denmark Region can choose to select during the execution. Reference is made in this connection to the draft contract.
