The present invitation to tender concerns a framework agreement for the supply of plumbing and electrical works in connection with the expansion of the district heating network in Rødovre Municipality. The framework agreement concerns the connection of district heating units to one family house with domestic hot water exchanger and heat exchanger for indirect supply.

The framework agreement is offered by Rødovre Municipality on behalf of Rødovre Municipal District Heating Supply (hereinafter "RKF").

The tendered task only includes the supply of plumbing and electrical works in connection with the actual connection of RKF's district heating units. The tendered task does not include the supply of the district heating units to be connected, as they are supplied by third parties.

The framework agreement is concluded with several suppliers, who will continuously have the opportunity to participate in the competition for specific tasks throughout the duration of the framework agreement. The specific services to be provided under the framework agreement will be awarded following mini-tenders.

The framework agreement is concluded with several suppliers, who will continuously have the opportunity to participate in the competition for specific tasks throughout the duration of the framework agreement. The specific services to be provided under the framework agreement will subsequently be awarded on the basis of a reopening of competition (mini-tender) to one of the suppliers of the framework agreement.

At the time of the conclusion of the Framework Agreement, it is RKF's expectation that the maximum quantity under the Framework Agreement will constitute the connection of 1,375 district heating units (hereinafter the "Framework").

The framework is based on an estimate which takes into account, in particular, the uncertainty affecting the district heating area, including the number of connections to the district heating network.

Up to six months before the expiry of the Framework Agreement, the RCF may increase the Framework by 20 % of the abovementioned quantity. The frame can thus be increased to a total of 1,718 connections of district heating units.

The Framework Agreement is not binding on RKF, which means that during the duration of the Framework Agreement, RKF may purchase the same supplies as are covered by this Framework Agreement from others than the Supplier.

With the framework agreement, RKF does not undertake to purchase a specific quantity or value of deliveries from the supplier. Thus, the supplier cannot claim adjustment of the prices offered, compensation, compensation or other compensation if RKF orders fewer deliveries than provided for or described in the framework agreement or its annexes.
