1. Object of the contract:
1) providing maintenance support for IBM DB2 LUW Advanced Enterprise Server Edition software listed in point 2 under the conditions set out in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement - Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference;
2) provision of consultation services in the amount of min. 150 and max. 1,500 man-hours, under the conditions set out in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement – Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference;
2. Currently, the Ordering Party has perpetual licenses in the amount of 4630 Processor Value Units (PVUs), of which:
1) Service support for 1920 PVU expires on 09/30/2023;
2) Service care for 480 PVUs expired on 12/31/2022;
3) The service support for 2230 PVU expired on 12/31/2019.
3. A detailed description of the Subject of the Contract is included in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement - Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference.

1) providing maintenance support for IBM DB2 LUW Advanced Enterprise Server Edition software listed in point 2 under the terms and conditions set out in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference;
2) provision of consultation services in the amount of a minimum of 150 and a maximum of 1,500 man-hours, under the conditions specified in the Draft provisions of the agreement - Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference;
2. Currently, the Ordering Party has perpetual licenses in the amount of 4630 Processor Value Units (PVUs), of which:

2) Service care for 480 PVUs expired on 12/31/2022;

4. Date of execution of the order:
1) The period of providing the Support, Subscription and Consultation covers 36 months from the date indicated in the Protocol of confirmation of receipt of access data (Appendix No. 6 to the Agreement), Confirmation Documents and Modernization, but not earlier than from 1 October 2023.
2) As part of the performance of the subject matter of the Contract, the Contractor shall, within 5 Business Days from the date of concluding the Contract:
a) provide the Ordering Party by e-mail to the e-mail address indicated in the Agreement with the necessary access data enabling the provision of the Service;
b) deliver the Confirmation Documents to the Contracting Authority at the Contracting Authority's headquarters;
c) perform the Modernization.
