1) The subject of the contract is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from the City and Commune of Serock indicated in the contract description in the period from 1.02.2023. until 31.01.2024

2) The order is divided into two parts:

Part 1. Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from properties located within the City and Municipality of Serock.

Part 2. Reception and management of waste collected at the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste in Serock at Nasielska Street 21 and waste collected in pharmacies and medical facilities in the area of the City and Municipality of Serock.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Specification of the Terms of The Contract

Collection and management of municipal waste from real estate located in the City and Municipality of Serock.

1) The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the description of the contract from real estate located in the City and Commune of Serock (the so-called collection from before the property), where residents live, in a way that ensures:

(a) achieving appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use of municipal waste fractions,

(b) achieving adequate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other than hazardous methods of construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste,

(c) reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill in accordance with:

- the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, as amended,

- the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, as amended,

- the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan,

- Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the City and Municipality of Serock and

- other provisions of statutory and local law.

2) The scope of service for Part 1 of the order includes:

2.1) Collection of municipal waste from properties where residents live, including:

(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste 20 03 01,

(b) selectively collected municipal waste such as: plastics, metals, multi-plant packaging, glass, paper,

(c) biowaste,

(d) large-sized waste,

(e) waste electrical and electronic equipment,

(f) clothing and textiles,

(g) used tyres from the household, such as tyres from cars, motorcycles, scooters, bicycles, etc. with the provision that the Contractor shall collect and use any quantity of municipal waste listed above;

2.2) Collection of municipal waste from single-family buildings.

2.3) Receiving waste from multi-scale development.

Estimated quantities of waste subject to collection and management under Part I of the order are indicated in the Price Form constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.

1) The subject of the contract is the collection and management of waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Serock at 21 Nasielska Street and waste collected in pharmacies and medical facilities in the City and Commune of Serock.

2) The subject of the contract for Part 2 includes:

2.1) Reception and management of waste collected at the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste at Nasielska Street 21 in Serock. Reception includes:

(a) biowaste — 20 02 01,

(b) large-sized waste — 20 03 07,

(c) selectively harvested municipal waste such as plastics, metal, multi-aerial packaging, glass, paper — 15 01 01 01, 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 15 01 07, 20 01 01 02, 20 01 39, 20 01 01 40,

d) problematic waste arising in households (chemicals, solvents, packaging of paints and varnishes, detergents containing hazardous substances and their packaging, waste electrical and electronic equipment) – 15 0110*, 20 01 13*, 20 01 14*, 20 01 15*, 20 01 17*, 20 01 19*, 20 01 21*, 20 01 23*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 28, 20 01 29*, 20 01 30, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36, 20 01 80,

(e) construction waste from carrying out minor repair work not requiring a construction permit e.g. replacement of glaze, terracotta, panels, painting walls, ceilings, wallpapering, etc. — 17 01 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 02 01 01 01, 17 02 02, 17 02 03, 17 0409,

(f) worn tyres — 16 01 03,

(g) ash from household hearths — ex 20 01 99,

(h) waste in the form of expired medicines — 20 01 31*, 20 01 32,

(i) wastes not eligible for medical waste arising in households as a result of the intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood substances and in particular needles and syringes — ex 20 01 99

2.2) Providing containers (containers) for waste indicated in section 2.1 (a-g).

2.3) Reception and management of waste collected in pharmacies and medical facilities within the City and Municipality of Serock:

(a) waste in the form of expired medicines — 20 01 31*, 20 01 32,

(b) non-qualifying waste generated in households as a result of taking medicinal products by injection and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes - ex 20 01 99 from the following points:

1) Pharmacy "Syrenka" in Serock, Pułtuska 27,

2) Pharmacy "AFI" in Serock, 1 Rynek Street,

3) Pharmacy "From the Heart" in Serock, 3 Tadeusza Kościuszki Street,

4) Non-public Health Care Facility in Serock, 2Kędzierskie Street,

5) Health Centre in Oak, Dębe No. 38,

with a frequency fixed at 1 time a month, provided that, where the above frequency is insufficient, the Contractor is obliged to receive an additional receipt of up to 2 times a month for the Contracting Authority's application.
