The subject of the tendered services is the transformation of the SAP ECC ERP system used to SAP S/4HANA, including implementation and other services; without licenses

The project described here primarily takes the transformation of the SAP Core System into the scope (the complete 3-system landscape PRS, QSS, EWS). In addition, strategic changes to the SRM system must be considered and their added value and effects in the course of the transformation must be examined. The complete transformation of the system and the associated processes must be considered.

The project is thus divided into a procedural as well as a technical consultation, the actual planning and implementation of the project, as well as the associated training and support in change management.

Since DVV has its own data center and operating resources, a change of the existing operating model is not within the scope of the tender. The same applies to the necessary licenses, which will continue to be obtained from DVV.
