Porsanger kommune [Porsanger Municipality] has a decision from the Municipal Council on 22.06.2021 concerning snow clearing of two central routes under its own auspices. In relation to this we must lease machinery and equipment. The contest concerns delivery of one wheeled loader and tractor with trailer and options for service contracts and various equipment.

The value of the procurement is anticipated to be NOK 4,800,000 excluding VAT. The amount is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Lots/groups

Tenders can be submitted for one or several groups. Sub-tenders and alternative tenders cannot be submitted for individual groups, nor alternative tenders.

It will be possible to submit tenders within two groups:

Group 1: Wheeled loader with options for service contracts and various equipment (estimated value NOK 2,350,000 excl. VAT).

Group2: Tractor with trailer and options for service contracts and various equipment (estimated value NOK 2,450,000 excl. VAT).

The contracting authority reserves the right to accept all or parts of a tender.

One contract will be entered into per group.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
